Dia de Oakwood Flower making Workshop

Join us to create some of the 100’s of flowers needed to create the ofrenda at the 3rd annual Dia de Oakwood.
Dia de Oakwood is proud to enter our third year as a cultural and educational arts project. Rooted in the traditions of Dia de Muertos, a Mexican tradition that celebrates family and ancestry, Dia de Oakwood is a project that aims to serve our communities by practicing, conserving, transmitting and sharing this wonderful tradition in the form of an ofrenda installation at Oakwood Cemetery and to ensure that the schools who participate receive an enriching and transformative education about Dia de Muertos.
