13th annual Day of the Dead 5k

Join us on Saturday, October 25, 2025 for the 13th Annual Day of the Dead 5K & Street Festival—a vibrant celebration of culture and community in downtown Raleigh, all in support of the Fox Road Boys & Girls Club (formerly Brentwood Boys & Girls Club).
CEMETERY ROADS WILL BE IMPACTED BY THE RACE BEGINNING AT 8am!
The morning kicks off at Centro Mexican Restaurant with a scenic run through downtown, the oakwood neighborhood and Historic Oakwood Cemetery.
After the run, the celebration continues with a free street festival on Wilmington Street (between Hargett & Morgan). Explore local vendors offering crafts, baked goods, clothing, ceramics, and more; grab delicious bites from Centro (running a limited menu) or the food trucks; and enjoy music, traditional dancers, and family activities.
