Hello R.I.P. Book Club,
To complement our May title, The Relocation of Vesta Blonik, we will be meeting at Dorthia Dix Hospital this week. Woo Hoo!
I put out feelers for a tour guide and the author, but was unable to find someone for us for Thursday. I am still planning to add a tour of Dix to our calendar; I will send a note as soon as I have a date and time.
For this Thursday May 21st, let’s plan to meet at 10am, the Magnolia Room shelter which is close to the Cemetery and the sunflower field. Initially I thought the House of Many Porches would be a great place to sit, but the weather is a little iffy for Thursday and we may be grateful for the shelter.
